Club Penguin friends list or server bug?

We are wondering why the servers are saying our friends are on when there not.... Is this a friends list bug? Or a server bug? We want it fixed, it messes people up by this. Here's photo shots of the bug.

 Some users are saying, Why is this EVEN happening? CP should fix this soon, people are getting REALLY mad about this bug on CP. Comment if you agree. -Swishycat12
